The RT-Race Pro Air motorcycle boot is the flagship of the Racing line and is the result of a collaboration between the TCX Research and Development department and the MotoGP™ riders. RT-Race Pro Air featuresFasten Fit Control, a quick lacing system integrated into the boot lining that ensures that the upper perfectly wraps around the foot and allows millimetre-precise adjustment of the fit. The boot's closure system features an aluminium lever with micrometric adjustment and quick release that perfectly adapts the upper to the different anatomy of the calf, and a side zip with stretch panel. The TCX RT-Race Pro Air motorcycle boots are equipped with theDouble Flex Control anti-torsion system, a polyurethane joint positioned in the ankle area that can control movement with millimetre precision and offers support and optimal flexibility of the joint to avoid dangerous twisting and possible injuries. The upper, made of highly wear-resistant microfiber, is perforated to ensure optimal ventilation of the foot and perfect comfort even in high temperatures. The inner lining is made of breathable AIR TECH mesh fabric and has padding of different thicknesses positioned in the ankle area to provide maximum comfort. The "Burnout" sole, produced by TCX in collaboration with the Michelin® Research Center, is inspired by the Michelin® "Power Supersport Evo" tire and has a dual compound tread with differentiated grip zones designed to ensure greater grip on the footrests and controls, as well as greater resistance to wear and abrasion on asphalt. The tread is fully integrated into the upper and the heel has an angled slope to guarantee optimal support on the footrests. Replaceable magnesium sliders are present on the toe cap and heel to facilitate sliding when in contact with the asphalt. Additional polyurethane reinforcements are placed on the most exposed areas such as the shin, ankle, toes and heel.
