Deliveries for orders over € 300.00 are free of charge in Austria and Germany.

Shipping information

If you order with EPS transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery, we will ship your ordered items as quickly as possible.
We ship goods in stock within 3 working days.
Goods not in stock must be ordered, delivery time information on the respective product page.

Seasonal delays may occur due to delivery difficulties from our suppliers. We ask for your understanding.
Please note that we also offer the option of “collection in store”. We offer this service to customers so that they can test the sizes without any obligation and pay later in the store.
If you are traveling further, please check in advance whether all sizes are really in stock in order to avoid unnecessary travel costs.

Exchange/Return

The goods received can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.
Returns can only be accepted if they are sent carriage paid.
For shipments not accepted, we will charge the shipping costs plus 5% of the order total as a handling fee.
This exchange/return policy primarily applies only to the online shop.
