Almost every component of the Supertech R boot, Alpinestar's ultimate racing boot worn by a number of champions past and present, has undergone a rigorous program of upgrades to further sharpen its performance characteristics. Developed based on feedback from Alpinestar's involvement in elite racing, innovations include a redesigned front flex area, revised rear bellows, redesigned upper gaiter, new gearshift and shin plate, new shin guard and new liner. All of these elements elevate the comfort, protection and performance of this boot to new, industry-leading levels.

• Velcro secures the zipper slider in position.
• Micro-adjustable ratchet closure at the top of the boot for an optimized fit.
• New replaceable heel protection plate slider design provides increased gliding ability and protection in the event of a fall.
• Sole made of lightweight rubber material for excellent grip on the footrests.
• Separate, internally updated biomechanical inner boot made of 3D mesh material for more structure and improved rider comfort.
• According to European law, the CE marking is a conformity requirement for the marketing of this product. The following standards apply: CE EN13634:2017.
• The inner boot features a new external toe panel with a soft TPU reinforcement for superior impact protection and additional ankle padding for greater protection, stability and cushioning during the natural movement of the foot.
• Replaceable co-injected TPU/aluminum toe slider with a simple screw system that protects the toe area from abrasion.
• New TPU shift amplifier for increased protection on the lower medial side.
• The new TPU shin plate has been redesigned for better impact absorption performance, improving abrasion resistance in a key area.
• New replaceable shin slider for additional abrasion resistance.
• Main upper material made of microfiber for optimal abrasion resistance and high flexibility.
• New front flex zone for improved impact abrasion resistance while allowing natural forward and backward movement.
• New front flex zone increases ventilation and airflow for added breathability.
• Redesigned back pleat made of stretchy microfiber material for improved natural forward and backward movement.
• Revised upper gaiter area made of microfiber material with TPU over-injection for improved grip.
• New synthetic microfiber panel on the medial side for increased abrasion resistance and improved feel when in contact with the motorcycle.
